Which Goldsky plan is right for me?
Starter gives you the core functionality to start working with onchain data — great for early exploration and hackathon projects. Scale offers additional power and flexibility — perfect for small teams and medium-sized projects. Enterprise supports custom integrations and advanced use cases — ideal for established companies and project processing terabytes of data.

Is there a free version?
Yes. The Starter plan gives you unlimited access to Goldsky community subgraphs, as well as basic functionality for custom subgraphs and pipelines. No credit card required.
How do you accept payments?
We accept fiat payments via credit card and ACH. For Enterprise customers, we also support token-based payments (subject to liquidity and volatility benchmarks).
Do you offer any discounts on plans?
Yes. We offer 50% off the 1st year for early-stage companies that are part of our partner network. There are also discounts for annual commitments on Enterprise plans. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information.
What is an “entity stored” for a subgraph?
Entities stored in a subgraph refer to saved rows in the subgraph database. For a more detailed explanation, visit our documentation.
What is an “event written” for a Mirror pipeline?
Events written in a Mirror pipeline refer to messages sent to your destination sink. This includes new data written as well as updating existing rows in the sink. For a more detailed explanation, visit our documentation.
What happens if I exceed my limit(s)?
When any limits in the Starter plan are reached, all infrastructure is paused after a 24 hour grace period. To unpause your subgraphs / pipelines, upgrade to the Scale plan.
Do I need to enter my credit card to sign up?
No. You can start using the Starter plan for basic access to subgraphs and Mirror pipelines without a credit card.
I have a Starter plan, how do I upgrade? Or cancel my Scale plan?
Open your project page on app.goldsky.com, switch to Settings > Plan & Billing and select your desired option (”Scale” or “Community”) from the page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Scale plan billing is month-to-month, meaning you can cancel at any time. You will receive an invoice to pay your pending balance upon cancellation.
Are there up-front setup fees or other additional costs?
For the Community and Scale plan — no. For Enterprise customers, specifically where bespoke infrastructure is being implemented, there may be up-front fees or other service fees.
Do you charge per query?
No. We have implemented rate limits to prevent abuse, but there are no per-query fees within those limits. To increase your limits, contact our sales team at [email protected].
Do you charge for additional team members?
No. you can collaborate with as many team members as you’d like without any per-seat fees.
How long are your contracts?
The Scale plan is month-to-month, billed on the same day each month (the date of your signup). Enterprise contracts are typically 1+ year in term.
